General Returns
If your item doesn’t fit or you’re not completely satisfied, you can return any new, unused, and unaltered item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Refund Conditions
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging included.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 24 hours.
- Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear in your account.
- Shipping costs for returns due to fitment or satisfaction are covered by a flat-rate return label fee, deducted from your refund.
Warranty Returns
For defective items under warranty, contact us for assistance. We'll cover return shipping for verified warranty claims. Warranty processing may take 4–8 weeks depending on the manufacturer.
Return Process

We’ll provide you with a return label and instructions.
Place the item(s) in a shipping box—please do not tape anything to the product packaging.
Ship your return using the provided label.

- Returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the RA.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage cannot be returned.
- Electronics, tools, or opened chemicals are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
